Follow the small stairway, lined with delicate birds perched on a leafy shrub, up to the second bedroom. You’ll be welcomed by real birch trunks and a soothing view over vineyards and farmhouses.

A secluded panoramic terrace is the final delightful surprise.

The bathroom recalls autumn leaves, brightened by colorful hooks crafted from driftwood collected along the Piave River.

The living space welcomes you with unique artisan pieces, bringing the warmth of this hardworking land into your home. Large windows invite the landscape inside, and the private terrace is perfect for summer breakfasts or candlelit dinners.

This is the biggest apartment of our house: first and second floor with ground-floor garage. One double bedroom with south-facing terrace, one bedroom with a French-size bed and a fresh north terrace, kitchen-living area with furnished terrace, two bathrooms (one with bathtub), large attic with comfortable double sofa bed, covered parking, satellite TV, Wi-Fi. The kitchen includes an espresso machine, kettle, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, 4-zone induction hob, plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, pots. Bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included.
